William's career started when his mother saw an advertisement on a newspaper: a manager wa looking for some young singers because he wanted to form a boy band. Robbie contacted this manager, had an audition and was so allowed to join the new band because of his singing ability. Robbie William was the last member to enter Take That.
After leaving Take That, Robbie Williams became more popular when he started his solo career.
He made a lot of cd's, the last one was "Rudebox." For me the best cd of all his "Greatest Hits," released in 2004, with eight and half million copies worldwide.
Williams has won a large number of awards over the years.
In 2005, Robbie funded a soccer team, "L.A. Vale." He formed the club with other celebrity friends after building his own soccer pitch at his home in Los Angeles.
I do not know the things in common I have with Robbie Williams. I like his music and his dressing style.
If I had the possibility to meet Robbie, I would spend a long time speaking, taking photos, requesting autographs and other things more.
If I were Robbie... I don't know. I would just do what Robbie does... sing.
